We are currently experiencing issues with the UWC Hypervisor node, where we cannot gain privileged access to control the virtual instances (remote desktops). This currently only affects users, who take their virtual machine offline.
As long as you keep your VM online and only reboot it, you should not suffer any downtime.
We will be re-deploying the system partition to correct the problems. When this occurs, all virtual machines will be halted and shut down.
After the re-deployment, we will carry out necessary network configuration and bring all virtual machines back online.
