Tomorrow (Sunday) we will take down our community forum to perform some upgrades of the database and software. It shouldn’t take long, but complications can always occur.
Starting at around 6:00~7:00 AM EST (Eastern Standard Time) / 10:00~11:00 AM GMT (Greenwich Mean Time), we will disable the forums for all members. You can still view the site, but you will be unable to change or post anything.
We will continue to perform manual backups and then proceed with the upgrades. If everything goes smooth, we can proceed with some post-upgrade testing afterwards.
Once everything is appearing as normal, we will enable the forums once more.
Maintenance has begun.
Upgrade seems successful, even after a few issues I had to figure out at first.
The server seems stable at the latest MariaDB version.
I will begin some testing.
