We are currently experiencing issues with our mass mail system, preventing all mails generated by our community site from leaving the server. This unfortunately means that reply notifications, password resets, invites and so on, isn’t possible at the moment. We are happy to report that the issue was fixed quickly with a manual patch of the OS. While unsupported by VMWare, it worked as intended. All privileged access has been restored and all instances are back online again. Thankfully the fix went smoothly, thanks to our host and their reliable technicians.
