We are happy to report that the issue was fixed quickly with a manual patch of the OS. While unsupported by VMWare, it worked as intended. All privileged access has been restored and all instances are back online again. Thankfully the fix went smoothly, thanks to our host and their reliable technicians.

The UWC Hypervisor is currently powering down for maintenance. This is a necessity in regard to the issues we are experiencing. We will be performing some manual fixes to the hypervisor OS to correct the problems. We will update you again, once we know if this will work or not. If the initial manual corrections…

We have made some changes to the Apache package provisioning and it seems to have worked for now. We will keep monitoring and wait for user feedback. Hopefully it will be resolved for good.
